When I work as an engineer I heard the word “Repository” sometimes, so I searched about it.
Overview
Repository is pretty much the same thing as folder which means storage area for file, program, setting information and so on.
You may wonder what the repository is for? It depends on the situation, and it may be specifications, design, source code, test information, incident information, etc.
